The Georgia Forestry Association (GFA) and the Georgia Forestry Foundation (GFF) work hand in hand. GFA advocates with legislators, industry stakeholders, and partner organizations. The Foundation invests directly in market-based initiatives. Together, they work to ensure that Georgia’s 22 million acres of privately-owned working forests and the $59 billion in economic impact they generate are sustained for generations to come.

Depending on where your interest lies, there are a few ways to stay involved:

• Become a GFA member to help shape the pro-forestry policy in Georgia and the US
• Support the Georgia Forestry Foundation directly to fund market-based initiatives like mass timber development
• Learn more about the growing mass timber market
