The USDA Forest Service, Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) Program and the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) are pleased to announce that the 2022 FIA Science Stakeholder Meeting (FIA 2022) will be held November 15th-17th, 2022 in Minneapolis/St. Paul (location tentative).

As we prepare the 2022 agenda, please consider organizing a session, offering an oral presentation or poster, or demonstrating your applications and tools. At least a portion of the meeting will be offered virtually, and the final decision about in-person attendance is still under consideration.

Types of abstracts we are seeking:

• • Organized session

• • Special issue abstracts

• • Oral presentation

• • Digital engagement demonstration (applications, tools, databases, websites, e-posters/posters)

Deadlines:

• • Special issue abstract – April 30, 2022 (additionally, please submit your abstract as an oral presentation)

• • Proposal for organized session – May 6, 2022

• • Oral presentation and digital engagement demonstration abstract – June 10, 2022
