2025 Georgia Tree Farm of the Year: Herbert Hodges

At the 2025 GFA Annual Conference on Jekyll Island, the Georgia Tree Farm Program announced Herbert Hodges as the 2025 Georgia Tree Farmer of the Year. The award is given to forest landowners certified through the American Tree Farm System (ATFS) in recognition of private landowners who practice and promote outstanding forest management that supports sustainable wildlife, wood, water, and recreation.
