Warnell is a national leader in forest biometrics and analytics, with research that focuses on forest growth and yield modeling, forest sampling and measurements, and estimation and forecasting.

I took a spring break class that gave me and other students experience in prescribed fires. I feel so grateful and blessed to be able to have these hands-on experiences that completely change how I view forests.
